Finger Lakes RV Resort

Finger Lakes RV Resort is a brand-new, adult-focused RV park on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake in Hector, NY — built from scratch in 2022 by a husband-and-wife team who spent years traveling the country as full-time RVers before settling into the Finger Lakes. The result is a quiet, well-run park with 61 oversized full-hookup sites and the kind of attention to detail that only comes from owners who have stayed in a lot of campgrounds themselves.

Every site is full hookup with 50/30/20-amp electric, water, and sewer, plus fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout. Sites are compacted gravel, a minimum of 70 feet long, and designed to take any rig up to 45 feet — with generous grassy yards so you're never on top of your neighbor. Back-in and pull-through sites are both available, each with a picnic table and fire ring.

The location is the whole point. You're right in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, with two wineries and a diner adjacent to the property and more than 30 wineries, breweries, and distilleries within 10 miles. Watkins Glen is 10 minutes away, Watkins Glen International Raceway about 20, and Ithaca roughly 30 — an easy base for waterfalls, gorge trails, wine tastings, and quiet nights by the fire.

Our Story

We spent years on the road as full-time RVers before we found our home in the Finger Lakes. That experience shaped everything here — the extra-wide sites, the level pads, the strong water pressure, the fiber Wi-Fi that actually works. We built the park we always wished we could pull into at the end of a long drive.

What guests tell us they remember most is the quiet, the cleanliness, and the little things: the cookies at check-in, the propane run right to your site, the daily trash pickup, and a sunset over Seneca Lake with a glass from the winery next door. Come relax with us — we hope to welcome you soon.
