A lovingly updated lakefront home right on Seneca Lake, with a spacious kitchen and wet bar, indoor and outdoor dining with a BBQ, a fireplace for the cooler months, and a sunroom made for soaking in the lake views. Step from the sunroom onto the landing to relax in the hot tub as the sun sets over the water, or head down to the private dock. Two kayaks are available seasonally (Memorial Day to mid-September) — and this is the only side of the lake with a waterfall you can paddle to. Roughly three miles to Watkins Glen and right off the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
