Johnny's Kitchen is the rare spot that works for both halves of a Finger Lakes day. There's a giant soft-serve cone on the roof and a red-and-white building that reads pure roadside ice cream stand — and then the menu turns out to have baba ghanoush, a bun cha smash burger, and an elote hot dog on it.
That's the whole charm. Johnny and Regan built this out of years in hospitality and a long-held plan to run their own place, and the care shows in the small things: bread baked in house, local beef, sauces made from scratch, half portions of every side. Come for dinner, stay for a cone at the window.
