Salvage on Seneca

Salvage on Seneca — formerly Repurposed Salvage — is a salvage, restoration, and repurposed-goods shop on Route 414 on the east side of Seneca Lake, tucked right between J.R. Dill Winery and Grist Iron Brewing. Run by Kevin, it's the kind of place where things most people would discard get a genuine second life. Open Friday through Sunday, 10 to 4.

The shop specializes in architectural salvage and repurposed pieces — rescuing interior and exterior items from buildings and homes that would otherwise be left to just sit, and turning rusty metal, tired furniture, and forgotten odds and ends into distinctive finds. The selection is one-of-a-kind and always changing, so no two visits are ever quite the same.

It's a working restoration shop, too. If you're clearing out a barn or a home, or you have architectural pieces worth saving, Kevin would love to take a look — and depending on the items, they buy some of what comes in. Have a beloved heirloom you can't part with? They can help you refresh it or reimagine it into something new you'll actually want to keep.

Our Story

Salvage on Seneca is a place that rewards curiosity. Where some people see rusty metal or a tired old piece of furniture, Kevin sees possibility — something to restore, or a part to work into a future build. That eye for what's worth saving is exactly what makes the shop such a treat to wander through: the inventory is always changing, and you never quite know what distinctive find is waiting for you.

It's more than a store, too. If you've got a barn to clear out, a building being left to sit, or a family heirloom you can't bear to let go of, this is the place to bring it — to be saved, refreshed, or reimagined into something you'll love. It's a genuinely good addition to the east shore, and we're glad to have it in South East Seneca.
