Founded in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Company sits on 150 rolling acres above Seneca Lake in Burdett, NY — one of the most scenic and fully-loaded craft beer destinations in the entire Finger Lakes. This isn't a quick stop. It's a place people plan their weekends around.
The taproom pours up to 15 of their own handcrafted beers at any time — hop-forward IPAs, crisp lagers, fruited sours, rich stouts, and rotating seasonals. The onsite kitchen goes well beyond pub food: wood-fired pizzas, smoked meats, shareable plates, and solid options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests.
